ProtectaMat Super Duty

ProtectaMat Super Duty – the best solution to get your heavy equipment across marginal terrain!

Manufactured from HDPE plastic, ProtectaMat Super Duty is designed for heavy equipment operators who need to get their equipment across marginal or boggy terrain. At 38mm thick, and with a nominal load bearing capacity of 150T, these mats are an ideal haul road or laydown pad mat.

ProtectaMat Super Duty mats are the ideal solution as temporary haul roads, site access for large machinery, or for trucks and equipment working in very boggy conditions such as farmland and mudflats.

Manufactured in Europe from 100% recycled HDPE plastic, these mats are capable of being re-used for many years. From an environmental standpoint these mats are the superior solution to gravel haul roads; not only are they made from a recycled product, and re-used many times, but they greatly reduce the number of vehicle movements required to set up the haul road, thereby reducing emissions. In addition, they reduce the need for extracted resources such as gravels.

Each mat features a steel connection system which allows mats to be firmly locked together, allowing for fast installation and ultimate pad strength.

All Tuff-Trak mats come with a versatile dual tread pattern to provide maximum deployment opportunities;

1 – a heavy duty Arrow tread pattern providing optimum grip;

2 – a lower profile pedestrian friendly tread pattern.
